Language from our culture

While there are other professions in the village, the guild has the most effect on our language. Many things are centered around the monsters that need to be hunted. You will hear many sayings like; that person is meaner than a Cat Wyvern, or your hungrier than a Blue Bear. Say someone is walking around with their freinds and someone sees that, they may refer to them as a group of raptors in relation to the hunting style of the Giant Raptor. For us the moon has always been a sign of new beginnings, so we have sayings like; don't worry the moon always comes around, or be calm like the moon, both meaning not to worry and calm down there is always tomorrow, and to focus. In fact our guild as with our language, which has been around since the founding of our village, is even named for the moon. The guild is called the Lu-ar which means the moon.
